There are many different reasons why a dog might bite you. Puppies love to play fight, and they love to nibble their owners, but sometimes this playfulness can go too far and they might bite you without realizing it. Take Preventative Measures

The best thing you can do is to train your dog or puppy so that it respects all other humans and animals, and so it can develop a very friendly and peaceful nature. It’s also worth getting some vaccinations, such as ones that can fight rabies and typhoid, so that you don’t develop any serious health conditions as a result of a dog bite.
Stop Any Bleeding
So, you’ve been bitten. First of all, you need to stop the flow of blood immediately. You can do this by applying pressure to the affected area and wrapping a bandage around it. If you don’t have a bandage handy, you could wrap a tea towel around it. Just make sure the towel is clean!

Getting bitten by a dog can be very scary, especially if it was a completely unprovoked attack. But as long as you follow all of these steps above, then you will be able to get all the help you need, and you won’t have to worry about too many lasting effects!
