Take breaks

Your mind and body know when it’s time for a timeout, so even though you need to put as much effort and hard work in as you can, doesn’t mean that you’re not entitled to take a break when you need it. If you don’t do this, you will end up running on empty and that is never a good thing because you may end up making yourself ill, and then you won’t be able to do anything.
